What Are We Looking For

Our in-house Recruitment Team is looking for a Recruitment Partner to join our business, primarily based in our Cumbernauld office however you’ll be working closely with internal stakeholders and have the opportunity to work out of our other office locations across the UK as well. This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of a forward-thinking team, providing solutions to a reputable business who value entrepreneurial drive.

Some of your key duties include:

  • Liaise with Business Leads to understand their requirement needs.
  • Review incoming CVs and respond to all candidates within agreed timescales.
  • Proactively source candidates through various attraction methods
  • Shortlist CVs to conduct first line interviews before presenting to stakeholders.
  • Post and remove recruitment vacancies, maintaining a library of all adverts posted.
  • Maintain and manage the Recruitment database.
  • Plan and attend recruitment events.
  • Initiate the start of the onboarding process for successful candidates.
  • Assist with other tasks within the HR department as required.
  • Travel to the Company’s other facilities when required.

Key Experience:

  • Previous experience in Recruitment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Good computer skills primarily use of Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Full clean driving licence
  • Preferably previous experience within the Engineering sector however other backgrounds will also be considered.
