What Are We Looking For?
Due to continued growth, our Senior Leadership team is looking to recruit an Executive Assistant to be based from our Edinburgh office on a permanent basis. In this role you will be responsible for providing confidential and professional administrative support to our CEO, COO, and CFO, which requires a combination of administrative, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
This is a full-time position, with the added responsibility of managing the general office administrative tasks for the team in Edinburgh.
Some of Your Key Duties Include:
- C-suite diary management, including the scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handling all incoming calls and correspondence, managing messages as required.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Meeting coordination - organise and prepare for meetings, including document management and arranging logistics.
- Plan and execute corporate events, such as board meetings, conferences, and executive sessions.
- Handling confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Management of the general office administrative function.
What Do You Need?
- Prior experience of working in an Executive Assistant (or similar) role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to organise and prioritise your workload.
- A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, specifically PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
- Experience of carrying out copy-writing tasks, with a strong attention to detail.
- Full UK Driving Licence
