What Are We Looking For?
Our Accounts department are looking for a Junior Administrator to join the Purchasing established in Muir of Ord on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to gain experience in Purchasing and work with one of the most prominent businesses in the north of Scotland, servicing the Water industry across the UK.
Some of Your Key Duties Include:
- Scan purchase invoices to file in a timely fashion.
- Assist in raising purchase orders.
- Maintain the filing system for material certificates.
- To ensure all filing is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Update excel trackers with completion of work.
- Carry out all other tasks as requested within the post holder’s appropriate skill set.
What Do You Need?
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Have a very good level of knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Have a very good administration knowledge and skills.
- Be able to organise and prioritise workload effectively.
- Be able to work to deadlines to produce work to a high standard.
- Be a clear and concise communicator maintaining a polite and professional manner.
- Be self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.
- Be able to work well within a team environment.
