What Are We Looking For?

 

RSE is looking for a permanent Receptionist to join our state-of-the-art office in Inverness– this post can be filled on a Full-Time or joint Part-Time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work for one of the largest and well-known employers within the area, giving the successful candidate opportunities for growth and development, such as working with our experienced Travel team. The office is located close to the city centre and can be easily accessed by public transport. 

 

Some of Your Key Duties Include:

 

  • Providing full time cover of the reception area between the core reception hours of 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Ensuring that all incoming calls are answered in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner.
  • Collate and process all stationary requests, managing stock levels and general supplies.
  • Greet customers at the front desk in a friendly, energetic, personable, and professional manner.
  • Ensuring the reception area is kept tidy at all times.
  • Taking receipt of all incoming mail and arranging distribution accordingly.
  • Ensuring meeting rooms are tidy and clear throughout the day.

 

What Do You Need?

 

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to organise and prioritise work.
  • Ability to make visitors feel welcome by utilising a personal approach.
  • Be self-motivated and display initiative.
  • Good knowledge of software packages including MS Outlook, MS Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
